*these days-powderfinger. just being there and hearing everyone sing it @ waveaid, tears were rolling down my face. it was just incredable, they're my fav band of all time and it was...words can't describe it.

*Out of the blue-Delta Goodrem. only cause it was being played 1000 times a day and it was when my bf and i were spending sum time apart. it just really hurt :(

Some of these songs are really weird choices.
It's probably because of where/when u listened to them instead of the song actually being sad.

Personally, after watching an extended version video clip of Do They Know It's Christmas Time, I began to feel teary.

Have A Nice Day by Stereophonics
Hunting Bears by Radiohead
Flugerelsarrin by Sigur Ros
Never by The Cure
Falls To Climb by REM

I don't think those actually made me cry, but they tugged at me. Especially Hunting Bears.
why 'have a nice day' ???

mine:
full of grace - sarah mclachlan
wish i could stay - from 'once more w/ feeling' [buffy].
cup of coffee - garbage.

i think they're the only ones that have made me cry. 'dry your eyes' by the streets was also really sad the first time i heard it, but i don't think it provoked any tears.

see urr ross

i think
"si-ur rose (the i is like the i in "hit". "rose" is said very quickly)" according to
http://www.sigur-ros.co.uk/band/pronunci.html

haha, has anyone who has "( )" filled in the blank album bookelt? the band said they wanted people to fill it in with lyrics and then send it back to them. i would, but i'd feel like a gimp.

Last Kiss by cant remember who(where the girlfriend dies while they're on a date in a car crash).
Definately bitter Sweet Symphony.
Cant think of any more right now.

hurt by johnny cash almost brings me to tears when i hear it, especially while watching the video and the best deceptions unplugged by dashboard confessional gives me watery eyes and weird tingles, it rings so true for me and live its so powerful with all the little sad ones singing along.
