What is this political compass u refer toaddymac said:I personally place socialism eg sweden as between hardline authoritarian communism and the centre (on a conventional left right axis).
On a compass communism is top left quadrant socialism bottom left quadrant.
Not-That-Bright said:Just figured i'd open a thread to talk about the differences... such as with Facism, is it really the extreme of the right wing governments we see at the moment? If you listen to musillini talking about facism, i'd say not.
IMO, howard & bush etc follow capitalism.
Jacques Chirac's a cocksucker, he nuked the south pacific, just to test if nukes work....fuck they did that back in the second world war... what did he miss that event in history, too many bongs i say...stupid frogaddymac said:Well Korn arguably you align with the ALP.
Internationally the possibilities include Jacques Chirac.
U seem like an intelligent person, so what would u consider to be my best bet, with political stance/partyNot-That-Bright said:Jacques Chirac is seen by the european media to be a centre-right politican lol
i got Authoritarian Left, but only slightlyNot-That-Bright said:What you mean? Did you get far right or something?
I'd say australian politics definately leans to the right, even labor as much as some of them would want to change it leans to the right.
The only major party that leans to the left enough to be called a "left wing" party i'd say would be the greens.
What do u mean oh goodieNot-That-Bright said:Authoritorian Left... oh goodie lol
If the right wing of labor really was liberals without christianity that would be where i belong, but i somehow believe there would still be the matter of workers rights where I believe that we need to build a strong productive workforce to keep our economy strong..
