it'd come under the same sort of heading...you're not actually posting a picture of a real sexual act so who cares?
You're probably not too bright if you know your employer might look at your page and still put dubious pictures up but they shouldnt be able to fire/penalise you in any way at work if you come in every day and do your job properly. it's really none of their business.
