Meanwhile Liverpool is still apparently far from forgiven in some Juve fans' eyes.

Let's hope that these guys aren't representative of how most Juve fans feel, or else there could be a lot of trouble for travelling Reds fans over there.
Here's a story doing the rounds:

Italian newspaper The Gazzetta dello Sport continues to report that major disturbances are expected when Juventus host Liverpool in the Champions League return fixture.

A selection of chilling internet messages have been published in the paper one of which reads: "We've waited 20 years for this and now it is time for revenge. We will kill them, just like they killed us. Honour those at Anfield who turned their backs and refused Liverpool's friendship. The Liverpool fans will not leave the Delle Alpi stadium alive. Sharpen the knives and bring your clubs."

No wonder the Reds' ticket sales have been slow for this game....

The sale of Cannovaro to Juve iz one of the greatest mysteriez in football, it would've made mo sense to sell him to Real Madrid, but to Juve...? Why would you sell the national teamz captain to another Italian club..?

1 huge mistake by Inter.

Cannovaro barely played for Inter if i recall correctly, his reputation for being injury prone easily matched Woodgate's or even Kirkland's. Somehow he got lucky this season though.

I think juve will make it over Liverpool, similar to how they did it against Real.

Semi predictions:

Juve vs Chelsea
Ac Milan vs Lyon

Final prediction:

Ac Milan vs Juve

I pray that won't be the final matchup. We all saw how exciting it was in 2003.

Ideally we'd have a Liverpool vs Lyon final with Liverpool coming out 5-4 like we did against Alaves in the UEFA cup final a few years ago :) Chelsea vs Lyon would be almost a throwback to last year's final. The new Mourinho counter-attacking team vs the new flowing attacking French team.
