Need a new clutch boss after I broke the head off one or three of the pressure plate bolts when putting the clutch back together lol. Called a bunch of wreckers. How can there not be a wrecked FZR600 in Sydney? Can't find anything.

Apparently aldi are selling a kit for broken bolt extraction, I'll give that a go, though the thread has broken off far from flush, probably in too deep to extract.

Might ruin the clutch housing and the bolts wont stay in without some sort of resin holding them

Its a reverse tapered screw that is drilled in until its basically equal in width with the broken bolt and hand screwed out.

if its something you can access from the other side get a longer bolt of the same size and put it in from the other end.

I was thinking it was his Clutch housing, in which case it doesnt require a nut to close, but i might be mistaken.
