Hey guys, to those interested, I've been offered a place at Deloitte! (I wish there was a more ecstatic smilie!)
The biggest compliment was the fact they contacted me in a few hours after my partner interview. (My interview was on their first day of interviews...they had a whole week and a half of interviews to come!) When the HR person called me, they could feel the excitement in my voice. LOL.
I've received the welcome pack and contract in the mail now.
One of the other mid tier firm's interview was horrendous....I really didn't enjoy it. They weren't a very cheery bunch to be around. Although they were critical, since it was after I had already received an offer, I wasn't really interested in this firm since they are specialists (not specialising in my first preference line).
The third interview (also with a mid-tier firm) went well. So well that at the end they said, "The process now is that we will contact you early next week regarding offers. And just quietly, you should be getting one."
!!!!
I am so happy. Although it hasn't completely sunk in yet....I have moments when it hits and I go into la-la land.
BUT my room looks like a set of a cheap porno and I have assignments due when I get back that I haven't even looked at

CONGRATS!! That's absolutely awesome, I'm so happy for you. It's definitely a huge compliment that they contacted you so early.. and good for you too because you didn't have to wait long.

Hehe. If I graduate (can't have anything dodgy happen!) at the end of this year, I start early January.
I have to enrol into the single accounting degree at the end of the semester too or else I am stuffed!!

I didn't do anything exciting really .. just caught up on stats iLecs .. (PSY222 is a tedious bitch) and did some assignments.
