What majors you want to do?subjects your taking up in 1st year etc.


Im doing Bio1901, MBLG 1001,CHEM 1101 1102, GEOS 1003 and the fundamental maths, lol.

Since I'm doing BSc/BA I only did CHEM1101 + 1102 and MATH1001, 1002, 1003 + 1005 in first year.

This year I'm doing CHEM2911 + 2912, BIOL1003 and MBLG1001.

Probably gonna major in Medicinal Chemistry. Possibly just Chemistry or Pharmacology.

If you're going to take GEOS1003 I suggest you try out GEOS1001 as well.

Indeed. I started looking to major in chemistry, now I'm majoring in geography.

Hah, disadvantaged? No.

If you're considering doing further study in geosciences then GEOS1001 is a necessary introductory course, and has a substantial geology section in it. The physical geography section would be relevant too (though you may have to bear through the few weeks or so of human geography).

Unless, of course, you're only taking GEOS1003 as an elective and have no interest in continuing, then it doesn't really matter.
