Find all complex sixth roots of -4(1+ squareroot of 3)

Can someone please do the working out for this?

modulus is 8
argument is -2Pi/3

so one of the complex sixth root is sqrt(2)*cis(-pi/9)
the others can be found by adding Pi/3 to the argument
