but i get to bed when my homework, study, food and shower is done.
over the past few weeks its ranged from 8:30pm to 2:45am and im out of bed between 6 and 7.

we should have a regular and sufficient amount of sleep each night. but we dont but what are we going to do?

Yeah I usually get to sleep at 2-3 am and wakeup at 10.30-11 am. When I have to get up early for Uni , I have a sleep for about an hour or 2 in the afternoon.

I have noticed a couple of people doing the same thing.

I have massive problems getting up in the morning no matter how much sleep I have had because my room is pitch black and my bed is so comfortable.

I slept from 12.30am to 10.30 am today and I woke up a little groggy. I usually sleep about 10.30-11pm to 7.00am on school days.

teens ive heard need at least 10 hrs, but most of us dont even follow that rule.
Ive been staying up till the wee hours of the morning most of my teenage life, and i ended up coming home from school and taking 2-3 hr naps just to function and study during nighttime...not cool.

My sleeping pattern can vary...sleeping time is usually between 1-5am and waking up right up till sunset.
but your body benifits most from the first 4 hours of sleep so if you sleep for 4 hours then get up then sleep for over 4 hours again that means you are getting that twice.

Nothing is better than waking up then watching Dr Phill, Oprah then watching Ready Stead Cook and then going back to bed again.

The first week of uni is going to suck (even though I'm only there for 3 days).

8am start on the monday. That's a 5.30 wakeup. EWWW.

I'm going to have to go to bed at 10pm. Good luck with that.

I have 6:30 or 7:30 uni starts depending on the days. I tell myself to go to bed at 9:30 because I'm so tired but it sometimes ends up being 11 before I look at a clock. Weekend sleep ins are non existent due to my retarded body clock :(

Atm I'm like: go to bed 12-1, watch tv. Get to sleep 2-3 and wake up at 7. Shower/dress/eat go on computer till 750. Walk to train station. Get 807 train, get to central 830 ish. Get bus to uni a bit before 9.
Hopefully I'll start getting to sleep earlier soon.
