Can I ask? For those of you sleeping till mid afternoon, what do your parents think? Mine certainly wouldn't of liked it if I didn't go to bed till 5am and slept right through until dinner time.

Imagine if someone was sleeping from 7 am - 7 pm, and possibly skipping all 3 meals of the day :p (eg. if you normally eat breakfast at 8, and dinner at 6) ouch poor nutrition!

sleep ~12.30, up at 9. I can't function without sleep. It's even hard to function WITH that much sleep...dunno how to survive HSC.

Bed at 10:30, up by 6:30, without fail.

Stupid patterns... so used to getting up at 5-5:30 for school.

Whole of stuvac I've been asleep by 5, wake at 12.

Best way to fix this is nodoz and valium, valium, valium. Fail proof, and pleasant enough.

For the first two weeks, I went to sleep at 3, woke at 11. Now I'm sleeping at 12, waking at 7:30.

I think stuvac made absolutely no difference to my sleeping pattern; I was still sleeping at 2am and waking at 6am, lol XD
