Hey all ^-^

I've decided i'm going to start exercising cos I'm not playing any sports and need something to keep me fit / entertained.

I've done some reading that skipping is one of the best forms of cardio out there, and burns the same, or more calories then joggin (not sure if it is true though).

But anyways, I'm wondering which of you skip. How long do you skip for, do you do it daily, do you do it in your lounge room...?
Do you find it effective ? and feel free to share tips / tricks you have learnt from skipping, how you avoid boredom, etc

i used to be in a skip team last year, we met up about once a week for 2 hours. so if you're not keen on getting bored i'd just suggest doing it with other people.

There are all these school games that are much harder now that I'm old.

Skipping is one.
Dodgeball is another.

I meant real cycling. With like, hills and shit yo. Instead of driving 5 minutes to the shops, cycle. It might take twice as long but exercise ftw. Plus you save money on petrol. Also I can't swim very well either. My arms and legs get tired far before I'd have any aerobic benefit.

I should do some swimming at the gym but I can't be bothered. It's too cold to be wet atm.
