I know the show isn't meant to give people role models. But I prefer to ignore that people's lives are actually like this. The relationships are so meaningless.

Appearances are deceiving, despite the adolescent characters, it's a pretty adult show. Depressing and awful, yet with fleeting moments of beauty, such is life. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under-18.

I work at Dymocks, and as far as I know, season 2 isn't out on DVD yet... but then again I haven't been there in three weeks, so chances are I'm totally wrong... I'll check tomorrow, though.

They wouldn't have S2 on DVD yet; they haven't even finished airing it in the
UK.

Yeah the DVD is getting released in the UK in April/Mayish so it wont be out in Aus for ages especially if they are going to air it on sbs.

Just watch it on Veoh tv or www.skinis.com is a good forum for skins info.

I just finished watching the second season and it was soo good.
The characters are heaps more developed in this season.
The finale was completely unexpected and I hated it at first but now I guess there really wasn't any other way to end it. Still.. totally tragic.

They're completly scrapping the current cast (except for effy) and starting with a new crew for the third season which I'm kinda bummed out about but still, can't wait for it!
