hey can you tell me if my drawing is correct.

sketch arg ( z-2 / z+2i ) = pi/2

= arg(z-2)-arg(z+2i)=pi/2

basically you just got a line coming through z=2 and a line coming through -2i and subtends at pi/2 on the circle.

hey affinity isn't it just a circle make to lines intersecting at one point and getting an arc with angle 90 ??

can some one sketch it. because i dont know how to sketch it on here.

i would have thought the circle would occupy all quadrants except the fourth???

Yeah I mean this.
the other side gives you an argument of 3pi/2 or -pi/2 depending on which convention you use
