Should you use newspaper articles? (1 Viewer)

I have no idea if i should use newspaper articles like SMH "family abuse on rise" to back up my points. Or do i stick to simply defining and elaborating on legislation, the concept behind the issue and incorporate a few case studies

I don't think it would hurt to write like 1-2 sentences on a newspaper article but probably no more than that.

That's how I usually roll when I incorporate newspaper articles into essay. But like always, if you're unsure then I would suggest emailing your teacher because they get paid to answer your questions.

You should be including stuff from media articles, I think the purpose is to show society's perceptions on the law or whatever.
