they don't do much animal testing, and imo it's better to test things on animals than on humans. Whilst I don't work in the testing division, from what I'm aware they try and minimise the impact of animal testing, making it as safe as possible. This goes for most other 'first world' companies, too including our competitors such as L'Oreal.
