VSU is still to be debated by the Senate, and even then there is the possibility of it changing every so slightly. At the moment there are three possible outcomes for next year:
1. The status quo is preserved because the bill is stalled.
2. VSU as it stands is passed.
3. The bill is split:
- VSU (student associations), a voluntary fee
- Universal Services Fee (essential services), a complusory fee.
