hfdkjlahdkjakdslajfakjsd fuckin hell
I finish my English thing, which is already well overdue, tonight, go to just drop it in in English department and Woolley is completely locked. I honestly didn't care if I lost marks for entire weekend, I'm just ridiculously busy monday then going away on tuesday.
Does anyone know if it's open on the weekend?

Hey Neb,

In the 2403 lab on ferritin, the concentration of the standard was given as 1.0088E-4 M does this mean 1.0088E-4 moles/L?

Yeah me no chemistry good.

Err, they wouldn't provide a standard without a known concentration I'm assuming especially cause the lab manual told us to take 30-40ml.

lol

yeah, it's due this week and I don't think I can ask a demo about it. i just pissed off when everyone was doing the data analysis.

another q: what value did you get for total iron content of ferritin? I'm getting about 7.76 g/g (%w/w). This seem reasonable?

I have a feeling it's incorrect though because I didn't multiply the value by 100... Rather just divided grams of Fe(II) by grams of ferritin cause if I multiplied it by 100% I would have got >100.

EDIT: Okay I'm just retarded cause I was dividing grams ferritin/grams Fe (II). Whut

I can't remember. You can go up before your lab next week and ask one of the demos. I did that a fair bit in 2401 (although the 2403 demos kinda suck).
