Isn't it also true that it's basically a given you will overload if you want to do double majors?
No.

No, you do 48cp senior subjects. A major is 24cp senior subjects. You have exactly enough to do a double major.

Although overloading isn't that bad. Even 33cp is alright, I've done it once before and it was quite manageable (got good grades and still maintained social life). The financial statements are a little scary though (this year has cost more than if I were to do med), so I might limit future overloading.

Yes I know, I'm sorry.

The Law Revue rubbed off on me. :(
So that's why your avatar looks like a stingray?

Templar why do you want to do med?
I don't see how you can deduce that from my post. I could have substituted any course in the top bracket, such as law.

As for why I do want to do med, well, there are many reasons, and I can't be bothered to articulate them all here right now. Let's just say I do enjoy anatomy classes (or the dissections to be more specific) for now.

Its supposed to be a martini glass cos I currently feel like getting plastered.

But it could be a stingray if you want it to.

Goals:

- Push my marks up from 3 Credits and 1 Pass (with one credit one mark off Distinction, and the pass one off a Credit) up to 3 Credits and 1 Distinction. Should be manageable, seeing as last semester I: a) had absolutely no idea what was going on, and b) was of the mindset that I'll see how good I actually am by not trying and if I fail, I'd transfer to music immediately.
- Get a job
- Get involved in uni life--clubs and socs, volunteering...
- Expand circle of friends

In short, turn the depressing last semester totally around.
^^Yippee! So far on track with everything except getting a job (kinda decided I wasn't going to, not for this semester anyway). I got 90% (HD) for my PHAR1617 interview report :D :D :D And I was feeling so guilty that if we did badly, that my partner would have to suffer too! This is precisely why I don't like doing anything in a group situation--too hard to organise, you feel guilty for everyone else in your group (but if it's a group of 4 or bigger, then I stop feeling guilty, unless it's obvious everyone's actually trying). Anyway, w00t! :D :D :D

When does the Jacaranda tree start flowering? Everyone's freaking out--I'm starting to get freaked out too. And since we have no more PHAR1616 lectures in the Quad General Theatre we won't know when it starts flowering!

why does it matter?
Because MAYBE somebody's running around Australia with a bottle of Roundup, killing teh trees.

I'll be sad if it's dead.

EDIT: But apparently they don't flower until summertime, so I wouldn't panic just yet.

I pre-enrolled part time.

Only because I can't think of any subjects to do.

I am probably transferring anyway.
