Mark or percentage..Does it matter? It's the overall result you achieved in the course out of 100

not if you get 95 in SCIF :p
and yeah, organisation in SCIF was horrible when I did it too. We never got told most of our marks, until we got our results....so, never found out our marks essentially.

Apart from the crap organisation, is scif getting any better than it used to be?

[Edit: OK you answered this in the other thread...it is still nonsense...did anyone do the maths stream?]

One of the only good things SCIF was was a place where I could exercise some of my writing skills, and meeting people. Like I remember there was just this girl I'd always see in my maths lecture - at SCIF camp I met her, so now she was no longer "girl in my maths lecture" but I could attach a name to that 'tag'.

I think SCIF is worthwhile still, just to meet new people.

And yes, I did the maths stream. The disjointed lectures on mathematical modelling were mildly interesting at best.

Julian admits that the organisation for SCIF was even worse this year than it usually is. Like Shadowdude said, SCIF is only good for meeting people, and even then, the camp alone would've been sufficient. Out of the people that do SCIF that I'm closest to now, pretty much all of them are people I met on SCIF camp. The whole rest of the course was a huge waste of time.

And no, I did the physics stream. We learnt about climate change. That majorly sucked.
