i donated blood today! first time ever.
apparently, my veins are little and they had to poke me in both arms.
I'm also bruised all over.

Hey peps, who here is organised? I bought myself one of those expanding organisers, how should I sort out all my junk, bank statements, uni stuff etc etc, does anyone have a system?

My system:

-I have a pile on my desk of all important documents that aren't currently relevant to uni
-I have folders for all of my uni subjects
-Everything else is on the floor.

Ooh also, make up a little uni calendar so you can see when all of your assessments are due throughout the semester, and then make a plan of when you will try to do each assessment.

Best way to avoid panic-four-assigmnets-due-next-week mode.

Will definitely do that.
I remember during first semester first year I TOTALLY forgot about an assignment, and only remembered 1 day before it was due. Let's just say it was panic stations all round, not a good feeling.

I have a seperate folder for .. bank, bills, work and uni.
And then.. a monthly calendar for assessments, and a diary for everything else noteworthy.

do they give you food?

Yes! they gave me a lot of food because um.. I don't know. And they wouldn't let me get off the chair straight away and all this stuff. I took heaps longer than my friends, such a hassle.
