Re: Semester 1 Chatter Thread

omg hi :)

mixed feelings about this semester. it's my last year at usyd, and although I generally love uni, it's hard to go back to academia after working full time.

Re: Semester 1 Chatter Thread

Looking forward to this semester (That probally won't last long).

Hopefully this won't be my last year. I'm not that worried about not getting into honours though.

BTW, ECOP is still using Blackboard? If i were the Faculty of E&B i'd tell them to get lost.

Yeah. It's weird. Is GOVT still using blackboard? Way too many mixed messages.

Re: Semester 1 Chatter Thread

erg...here comes year 3 of 5...I'm looking forward to the social side and meeting new friends (hawt babez) but I remember the brutal feeling of looking down the barrel of 5 assessments in a week...plus I don't want to see my ex-girlfriends right now...I'm too emotionally fragile to deal with them at the moment.

I might just have a breakdown and go mad, take the easy way out.

I went in during the holidays and the benches look cheap ass, like they've been pulled from the local reserve and plonked in place.

This is my final year.

It both extremely excites and frightens me.

There are benches? Where?

Meanwhile, Blackboard is back up, economics/business kids! bustinjustin: looks like GOVT is still using Blackboard as well - my government subjects are in the drop-down menu on the right. So with this, remaining in Merewether and apparently retaining departmental administration, moving GOVT and ECOP from ecbiz to arts appears to have had no practical impact for students, except that there will probably be far less funding.

Re: Semester 1 Chatter Thread

I'm only half way through my degree, which is kinda strange cause it feels like I've been at uni forever. On the upside I'm not gonna bother going in til Friday.
