I haven't heard anything to that effect, but then again I have a perfect record (literally 100%, it's fucking amazing) of lecture non-attendance for said subject.

I think I'll go one side all the C functions and the like, plus a few nuances about order of operations and shit, then other side will be unix commands, plus maybe the first chapter of a book for if I finish early.

This weekend is not good for studying.

ALthough I might just stay awake on sunday morning after the boys leave on their motorbike trip. Study all day long and go to bed after Grey's.
