Yeah I watched it and wasn't surprised by his reaction at all.


What did you expect him to do? Think about this - guys have probably poured shit on him all his life and belittled him. Interacting with males is obviously beyond his comfort zone so imagine how desperate he was to please and believe the first guys to act like friends towards him and treat him as one of the boys. Having never been friends with guys he doesn't understand that they often pull practical jokes and rib the shit out of each other without being serious. So it was quite reasonable that he would take to heart so massively what he saw as a terrible betrayal.

HAHA, I still hate him because of his childish view of the world. The world is, as it is, if you're not willing to see the world for what it is, you can't exactly expect the world and people around you to conform to you 'posimistic' view of things. He should grow up, and work on himself and how he interacts with others. It's no one elses fault, he's a bloody adult, act your age, and stop behaving like a child.

He was brought up in an extremely cosseted environment by a domineering and over-protective mother.

Tbh, if you were brought up in a similar environment you would most likely have just as naive a view of the world as he does.

Do you blame children who are brought up in cults for being naive and adopting the lifestyle of their parents? It's very hard to break-free of the influences of your environmental and cultural upbringing. Cut the kid some slack.

I actually think it's his way of denying his sexuality. Why else would you bow to peer pressure, unless you wanted to fit in. Travis talks about being 100% comfortable with himself, why does he then need for that to be further reciprocated for everyone else of the planet? He won't settle for "oh you're okay Travis", he wants you to LOVE him! Psych students, what do you have to say?
