Yeah this is what I did too. I also added understanding of personal context and self- reflection/ individual chooses to belong. I said that the second part of the rubric wasn't necessarily true because not belonging may be a choice based on understanding of above as well. Good for DickinsonI prepared an essay but adapted it quite well I think.
The module specifies the four aspects of belonging are 'acceptance, relationships, identity and understanding' which means it was easy to mould it around and argue/agree that although understanding was an aspect, the others are needed to define belonging.

even if pple have prepared essays, cant they just only talk about 1 text and leave the other out? Its not that hard to leave something out...
