I have one really really awesome SDD teacher, who is really sweet - she expects us to do lots of work at home, but she teaches very well, and does as much practical work as she can fit.

Oh hurrah. Just over 260 girls across NSW. Sheesh...we need to get more girls interested in this subject.

our sdd teacher is ok, can learn alot more if u shut up and listen to what he says.
the contect is just too dry to do that every lesson though.

Someone worth mentioning....I'm not sure if she still comes to BOS...Deline did SDD in 02 and came 6th (?) in the subject.

whoa.. i guess i should feel lucky then.. 0o" lol.. my software teacher's pretty cool.. and VERY patient^^
but.. unfortunately, due to afew problems.. i've missed out on ALOT of classes, and am currently screwing SDD T.T lol..

I don't have a teacher because I do it by distance ed. It sucks because all I've got to go on is the textbook and a crappy little workbook with photocopied exercises that don't even work. If I can't figure something out then it's tough luck because I get shitall feedback on my work.

I'm getting through it pretty well though. The internet is much more help than the crappy materials provided.

wow.. my year only had that many girls doing the subject- tee hee, i was one of those 269 then ^^ woot lol

My SDD /was/ crap:

A) never showed up to class
B) when he did, he sat infront of his computer doing god knows what and didn't teach a class
C) Didn't speak proper english (thats just a little odd)
D) Didn't set homework or assignments, no text book ... we didnt' fill out one page in our exercise books the whole two year course..
and we did the entire course ourselves
and still got ok/ - good marks

so you can do SDD without a teacher- its all good

trust me.. my entire class did pretty well ^^ (all 3 of us lol )

don't stress about SDD teachers- do it yourself- thats what we all say ^^
