Just out of the people that have got the SDD excel book, do you think it is worth the money? And more importantly does it actually have relevant and worthwhile information in it relating to the HSC?

its a good summary and the glossary is handy to glance through prior to an exam just to clear up definitions.. this can kinda be said about all excel books though =P

Yeah, I like the Excel book. It's good to write lots of notes in, and has some good revision questions that help.

Cool, thats what I've been thinking as well, I've tried to do a combination of Excel and class work for my summaries.

I don't think the price of the Excel book is justified by definitions alone though...

No I don't. Geoff Lancaster is a friend of my brothers, and he was in my 3U Computing marking group at HSC marking a few years ago.

From memory Barker, or at least the Deputy Principal, (can't think of his name at the moment) is a keen user of my UAI Estimator. Did you use it, or get estimates from it, when you were at Barker?

deputy principle?

I've forgotton all the teachers names already.
I know Mr Barman was a person doing that sort of thing.
Other top people were Mrs Hill? Mrs Graham, Dave Giltrap and um... the other dude.

We did receive estimates at the time, not sure if it was from your estimator though. I know after the HSC *EVERYONE* used James'
calculator.
