HO DAMN, I didn't know that last question. Do we need to? D: (The age of the earth one, XD)


With the biotechnology thing, genetic modification is one aspect of it, but the term is an umbrella term meaning: Use of living (biotic) features and applying them to make new products/practical uses.
Eg; Cloning
IVF
Embryonic Stem Cell research
Using bacteria to culture yogurt

Etc, etc.

Now;
- Name one part of the electromagnetic spectrum and it's practical use in society :p

Can someone please explain the relationship between voltage & current in a simple circuit/parallel circuit with resistance?

Sorry - I don't have a direct question there....
How is voltage/current influenced by resistance??????

Yeah, disposal of nuclear waste, fuel rods. if we send them into outer space they could not make it through the atmosphere and shower all over us!
Wheeeee mutated society!
That would make for a cool english response. :p


Q: Name all the 'sphere's in order. Eg asthenosphere, lithosphere.

Well lucky i do Electronics as my elective =P Basically the higher the resistance the lower the current will be. This formula might help:

Voltage = Current (flowing in the circuit)
Resistance


If you still dont understand just ask =P

Voltage = current x resistance.

So if current decreases, resistance stays the same, voltage decreases.
Etc, you can apply to any variation of the question. if you don't get it, just substitute some of your own numbers, eg voltage: 1, current: 2 resistance:3, and increase or decrease them to see what happens to the others.

Voltage increase = current increase (and vice versa)

Correct ^_^

Just think of the resistance as the thing that brings down the current and the voltage is the king of currents and current is its slave =D
