heya ppl
jus really wanted u ppl 2 help discuss my problem lol
i kno its not the tym but its really got me in a sack of shyt.
my subjects r apparently awefully crap:
Maths General
Senior Science
Visual Arts
IPT
English Standard

i tried sam(which i now despise)
and put around an average of 70 and i only get a uai of around 55!
and i cannot live of i cannot get above 60, coz i wanna get in2 uws and do visual communication.
Its prob them biggest fear atm for me, not makin it 2 uni T-T
i was wonderin how acurate sam actually is, since its from 2004,
and shud this problem really b affecting my performance in this hsc??

If the proper marks are entered, SAM is quite reliable.

Because you have not finished your HSC yet, you have no idea what type of marks you would be getting.

It does not matter if your subject doesn't scale well, if you perform well enough, you will be able to get a high UAI.

For now I really recommend you do not get too side tracked about worrying for your UAI. You -must- focus on the HSC exam and study hard.

There is definitely a good chance to still make it into uni, but don't worry about that until after you have finished all your HSC exams.

u hav made me feel at least twice as better.
yeh very tru, i shudnt b worying bout my uai at this very moment, jus focus on my actual exams and perform good..sigh
but there is jus so much pressure for me if i don get in2 uni, i wudnt hav the face to go anywhere, it'll jus suk bad wen ppl r gona ask me- "hey man how did u go in ur hsc?! did u make it 2 uni!!" and i'll b sayin "uh no, i didnt make it"
omg that is one my the worst of my fears atm :(
