They called me today about an interview but i turned them down
A - its in bankstown
B - I refuse to partake in any group interviews, after going through Coles Myer, i think they are the most pointless waste of peoples time.

yeh.... they called me back today and i got a group interview at bankstown... i feel it will be a waste of time too.... i mean i failed coles myer group interview so what chance do i have?
still better to have a go i guess? but wtf we have to do a speech? uughh... and what sort of questions am i spose to ask?
what group activities do they do? come'on peoples i need all the help i can get otherwise im gonna be jobless for the whole summer!!!

Just look confident...I think that's what people want. And don't go on and on. And smile. And wear office clothes. There were these three girls, who looked like the Dixie Chicks, wearing jeans and stuff, and they didn't get in...

yeh im not worried about the confidence and dress and general stuff..... i can do that..... im just scared about what questions they'll ask..... and if i'll be able to come up with decent answers.... and come up with them before other ppl do....

i was at a video ezy group interview. all they did was tell us to describe ourselves to a partner and then the partner presents us to the group. they didnt ask any questions or anything, they based their decision purely on how you present your partner and how you speak. so dont worry too much about the content of what you say, just look confident and friednly.

i went to a sanity groupie interview last year- i really wanted it but didnt get it.
i think it was because i was the only person still in year 12 and the other 15 or so people hadjust finished their HSC and were free as bee's so of course they would choose them over me! i find the wounds r still fresh whenever i walk into a sanity store...its like a dream job 4 me..lol.

i applied in thre newcatsle area and got the job, its awesome fun, but they just work around the hsc thing- sanity is the best job going around except that i orderd a dvd that doesnt exist anymore...whoops, need to change that. But seriously, sanity is the best place to make friends, expecially being a casual, or prime timer, as we're called.

yeh i applied for this too.... i think they called me today but i didnt hear my phone... damn gotta remember to turn it off silent more... anyway do u's think they'll call back or do they have that many ppl as it is that they wouldnt bother?

and yeh if they do call back any tips for group interview would be appreciated

be casual, but not too casual as if you were going to the beach. do something between formal and casual, but closer to casual...if you know what i mean.
