someone told me that you are not required to have your RSA to do bartending work in the ACT.. does anyone know if this is true?

You're not technically required to have it, but a lot of establishments will want you to have it.

RSA is not compulsary in Canberra at the moment 2008 but majority of employers in hospitality are only hiring staff that have RSA certificates. It is forshadowed that RSA will become manditory for all employees in hospitality industry in 2009.
