Hi, first you find the VR of the "teeth" so 56/20= 2.8

VR= dE/dL

dE= 2 x pI x 180 = 1130.97

dL= 2 x pI x 300 x ( VR of the "teeth" in this case 2.8 ) = 5277.88

Therefore 1130.97/5277.88 = 0.214
