Yeah, I'll post any problems I have in this thread.

If you were to represent, using a graph, time of flight (t) vs launch velocity (u), would it be a horizontal line?

If you were to represent, using a graph, horizontal range vs launch velocity (u), would it be a straight line with a greater larger than 0?

And same question as the above except for vertical displacement, what does the graph look like?

Launch velocity is the velocity AT THE TIME OF LAUNCH. At most other times, the velocity of the projectile will be different and most definitely, not a horizontal line.

I don't really understand what you are asking in 2 and 3.

All of these depend on the angle at which the projectile is launched yo. If you assume the angle stays the same for all values of your two variables, then you can simply manipulate the relevant motion equations to produce a function that describes the particular graph you want, from which you can deduce the shape of the graph hey.
