heyy i was just wondering what was the point of girraween handing out reserves to everyone who does the HAST test?
it really dumb cause one of my friends who wrote it got a reserve in the 100's .. as if thats ever going to happen
i got a number in the 20's .. anyone know if there is a chance?
and also.. do they only give places to people in the reserve list if other people who made it in decline the offer, or do they hand out places if say students originally from girra are moving to another selective school?

As for your last question, it's both because when people decline and offer or move to another selective school, it creates a vacancy which is filled up by people on the reserve list.

Yep your right it is both.

To the OP i know someone who was 4th and got called up for an interview, not sure if he was being offered a place or not. But yea you have a chance i guess, it really depends.
