Depends if you enjoy the subject/whether you are good at it or not. Personally i find business, legal and biology easier because even though there is a lot of content the concepts themselves are quite easy to grasp.

Depends on your strengths but from what i've seen, Studies of Religion is an easy/relaxing subject.

SORII is unbearably boring and is actually really difficult. Marking is quite subjective so it takes a lot of work to get a band 6 in 2 unit.

DO BIOLOGY, easiest subject ever, good scaling, most of it is general knowledge.
