Acupuncture! Every second week. Works a treasure on some.

On the first visit, I came out with 1000x more endorphins than normal. I went to a party that night and people thought I'd taken something naughty.

Reading, definitely, if I don't read I completely freak out... writing in my journal helps too.

Surfing, skating, swimming at the beach, watching easy to access films (i.e. simple plots).

Lying down on the couch or your bed or whatever and doing absolutely nothing.

When trying to relax or take breaks, why make your mind think even the slightest bit by listening to music etc. ?

I'm a person who has an ipod in her ears every second, my msn is always signed on and I've practically moulded my ass into the chair so shutting out all noise, leaving the desk and listening to silence was really relaxing. It also really refreshes the mind so you can study better after.

Boxing, wii boxing, physical violence type of stuff. Piano playing. Tennis. Reading. Creative writing. Chopping stuff up. Easy maths questions (lots of them). Basketball. Actually, most sports.

That was great! I'll try and do some of those things next year...well except for the 'freak-out' things, those were a bit....meh, not me.
