Break up for HSC/trials?

do u guys think its reasonable for couples to split for their exams or should they both try and work around it? i need advice
i'm not asking this for my sake btw, but more to give her a break.

If it's a mutual decision and they get back together after the exams anyway, one must question whether they actually did break up.

should give each other enough time for study but at the same time giving just 15 minutes or so to talk to your partner a day..

god damnit to hell!

i had a bf thru year 12, still with him (ie two years) and i'm on a scholarship at usyd. it can work, just be mature, have some self control and work around it honey!

you take up a relationship knowing that you will get pressure from school and work and all that... if you can't heck it, just 'take a break'.. breaks are good

thats the thing though. i can hack it but she can't. so i think it might be unfair to her if i ask for too much of her time. but on the other hand if i suggest a break i might cause more stress..
