Regarding the Biology Syllabus. (1 Viewer)

Last week I stole the Excel 2001 Preliminary Biology book from the library and want to know if this book is too outdated to be of any use to me. Has the biology syllabus changed since then? I'm unsure of if I should take the time to thoroughly read this book or if I should just burn it. Thanks.

It would be still quite relevant.
Not much has changed from 01 - now, perhaps a few dot points here and there, but everything else should be exactly the same.

E.g. I know for chemistry only a few dot points have changed in the past decade, and those changes have generally only been minor changes in wording and minor requirements
