redirects to community not resources (1 Viewer)

I know others have posted on this but no clear solution seems apparent. i can't get into resources. when i log in it redirects me to community with no link to resources and anything I try in resources says i need to log in..I do then get redirected to community. Wasting precious time what do I do ?

followed link to a similar complaint to no avail..what the hell is going on? If I have to try one more time i think i'll scream. I have tried suggestions even tried to reregister and i couldn't because the email is atttached to the original registration.

The one where you have to copy the link was a bit confusing and appears that you have to be in the first part of the document you want to download, am i wrong there? i tried some form of that without luck.
