They usually ask atleast one 'evaluate effectiveness' one.

even if it were morals, ethics and values...
it'll say something along the lines of "evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in .... with society's morals, ehtis and values."

i dont know how it can simply be left to just "morals, ethics and values"

issues and remedies?.. probably.
but then its usually "the effect of this.."
or "the extent to which ....."

basically the same thing.

im hoping to memorise essays which are broad and versatile enough to be able to twist to any question.

when i recieve the question, i'll choose whats neccessary and focus on certain aspects.

is it just me, or does it seem like its "effectiveness" every year?

like for example with focus studies, there is two questions, i'm sure that nearly always one of them is:

"Discuss the issues invovled with <insert topic> and assess the effectiveness of remedies provided by various agencies of law reform"

its ALWAYS got something to do with that!

Either way, you can always manipulate the question by tweaking a few words in your response. Should be fine.
