are raw marks aligned linearly?
what will give you 100 aligned for chem? is it 100 raw?
According to the information Lazarus has gotten from previous Board Bulletins and the like, yes, they are aligned linearly, and 100 raw = 100 aligned.

I suppose this means that we could calculate all cutoffs if we had one raw mark that fell in each band.

so then

A=(1/43)(21R+2200)

so band 6 cut off was (43*90-2200)/21~79.52=80 RAW

Actually I'll be more precise; I think Lazarus said that they were aligned linearly between cutoffs, but the alignment factor changes between 50-60, 70-80, etc.

I've now got my state ranks, which I've put in the original post, following a letter to the OBOS asking them to provide it. (They sent it to me several weeks ago, but I haven't been bothered to put them up.)

Yep. Markers have said that top in state in Chem never gets more than ~95 raw

That's irrelevant - they have a legal duty to provide the information to you within a set timeframe no matter how busy they are.
