Hey anyone know any good ramen or soba recipes? Preferably not using sake since I don't have any of that lying about. I do have miso, rice wine vinegar, mirin and nori so I can use them. I made a miso ramen last night which was ok. Now I'd like something else to try lol. Also, anyone know where I can find mentsuyu?
