Not sure how to use Latex

Solve the inequality

x-3
------- >=-2
x^2-x

btw. the >= stands for greater than or equal to

I got x<= - root 3
0 <= x <= 1
x>=root 3.

It's definitely a quartic

but then the on the third line its $\frac{1}{2}$
how come the minus is gone?
