any help would be great

It would just be a response on free trade benefits

mention how bilateral agreements promote free trade between the two countries who sign them and then explain the benefits of this

then talk about regional free trade agreements (which i would assume is just a fancy term for Trading Blocs, eg EU) and how these also promote free trade. again explain benefits of trading blocs. also be sure to mention negative effects of trading blocs, most notably trade diversion.

You will probably find that posting a question as broad as that wont bring much help. People wont write you an essay on the subject.

It is better to do some of your own research and then post any further questions you have. Just some advice for the future.
