Lipids are carried with phospholids and cholesterol in protein coated packages
called chylomicrons, I think these are then carried along the lymph system.

Triglycerides, cholesterol, phospholipids and apoprotein B are initially carried in chylomicrons through the lymphatic system (and blood after emptying into the circulating venous blood at the juncture of the subclavian and jugular veins) after digestion.
These end up in the liver, where VLDL is synthesised and released into the blood. VLDL contains cholesteryl esters and triglycerides in their core and has a membrane containing phospholipids and cholesterol.
