I don't know how to do this question, and I sometimes have trouble with similar questions to this. If someone could do this question and maybe give me a few tips on how to do these questions, the help would be greatly appreciated.

It's really important to know your trig identities when working with questions like these.

HI can someone help me with this locus question (its preliminary btw). Here is the question;
The focal chord that cuts the parabola x^2 = -6y at (6, -6) cuts the parabola again at X. Find the coordinates of X.
