You've got great subjects there!! You can get 99+. How are your marks? Hopefully, they're top-of-the-heap kind of marks.

Nah, your school ranking won't affect your mark. As long as you get good marks, you'll be fine.

they'll push your marks up ^^.
well hopefully.
but your english is already really good!
there's a chinese guy at my school who does standard [we don't have esl at my school. poor guy...] and he didnt know english before he came to the country [around 2-3 years ago??] and his english is amazing now.
just keep on speaking and practicing your english and it will come naturally.
just like it is now ^^

Most definitely. Everyone in my course in my year has a UAI of 96+ and a lot of them just ace everything--even ESL! Keep up those great rankings and do not worry about your school ranking--if you're first you're immune anyway. To give an example, a girl in my course got a UAI of 99 and went to some high school in PArramatta which she said was "really bad", and did all your subjects....so what can you say?

Guess what, I've seen a girl getting 99.95 with those subjects ^^

Anyway, I never got my head around the whole policy about ESL. I mean, I even hear that there are people in ESL who came here in year 4 or something...
