Law Transfers

Hi SDuke,

I just transferred into law at UTS this year. I had a TER of 69.75, a distinction/high credit average in my undergraduate degree (something like 74.75) and a pass average in my first year of law studies at another university. I've also had quite a varied range of extra curricular experiences which I submitted in a personal statement of about 2000 words which I think helped my application.

Good luck with your transfer application!

UTS Law Transfer shouldn't be too difficult, as long as you have a UAI 95+ and maintain at least a distinction average in all your courses, you should be well on your way to UTS.

GOOD LUCK!

The transfer goes by 50% academic results (note, its uni results, UAI doesnt count at all) and 50% law questionnaire. A distinction average and a competitive response to the questionnaire should get you in easily.
