I've read the other thread saying that 6- was either Parallel or Pilot. However
6) A retail company installs and tests a new system at one store prior to releasing the system to other stores.
What is the name of this method of implementation?
A) Direct
B) Parallel
C) Pilot
D) Prototype

would it not be A) since its a single store..
which installs the new system
i think the second sentence was there to trick you.

Truth. It's a simple question, look up the definition of pilot implementation.

im 100% sure the BOS answer will be Pilot, but there is a strong argument to say direct.
however since we are talking about a 'Retail Company' and not just a 'single store' then the broad picture indicates pilot.

It is definetly not direct. If it was direct every single store would be implemented.
But it is implemented "one store prior to releasing the system to other stores"
This other stores are not implemented hence pilot. the only answer
not even close to parallel nor direct

Yeh you could argue that the company is only one store but i dont think so it should be pilot its coz worded wrong for overthinkers. It says a company tries in one store then releases it. Not a store tries it in a store.
