My first assessment is on Qantas business operations and i have to discuss a few things.
I have no idea how to do this, any form of information or links to websites with information on Qantas case studies will be appreciated.
I have to:

1. Executive summary including situational analysis of Qantas.
2. Outline the strategic role of operations in Qantas.
3. Explain how the role of the operations manager can help businesses to achieve a competitive advantage.
4. Justify reasons (operations strategies) for recommending possible operations strategies for Qantas.

There's a case study booklet out on Qantas if you don't have it already. Btw when is it due?

It'd be pretty difficult to find actual operations strategies without the booklet. Is it limited to Qantas?
