Hey I've got a project due next week and I need some help for one of my questions relating to global business. Here it is.

Analyse the effects of September 11, 2001 and SARS on Qantas's global operations.

hehe, It seems I've already got all those resources from the resource page, unfortunantely none give specific detailed info on sept 11 and sars impacts, they just sought of mention. Oh well, I'll just elaborate a whole lot.
